The PC 111 is a single-pump controller designed mainly for use in either gravitation or pressurized municipal wastewater pumping stations. Its many simple-to-use features improve pumping station functionality and reliability throughout its life-cycle.

The controller comes with a 2x16 digit alpha numerical display offering a full user interface for low-budget applications. It can perform level sensing in the pit using either float switches or a 4-20 mA sensor. The selector knob and local display enable you to view alarms, manually control pumps, and change pump settings.

The PC 242 is a two-pump controller designed mainly for use in either gravitation or pressurized municipal wastewater pumping stations. It has many advanced features to minimize costs in the pumping station throughout its entire life cycle.

The controller comes with a graphical display offering a full user interface, ideal for low-budget applications. Level sensing in the pit may be performed using either float switches or a 4-20 mA sensor.

Use the graphical user interface to view alarms, manually control pumps, or change settings. You can also perform these tasks using the AquaProg configuration software running on a PC, connected either directly to the local service port or remotely via a modem, for example

The PC 441 is a monitor and controller for one to four pumps, designed mainly for use in municipal wastewater pumping stations. The PC 441 has many advanced features to minimize operating costs and increase the availability of the pumping station throughout its life cycle.

Users can operate the PC 441 as a standalone monitoring unit. Alternatively they can run the AquaProg configuration software on a PC connected directly to the local service port or remotely, such as via modem. Settings are password-protected at two levels in order to avoid unauthorized or accidental changes.

Three additional units that can be connected for more advanced monitoring:
  • CA 441: Leakage monitoring unit for connecting four pumps with combined alarms or three separate alarms using one unit per pump.
  • CA 442: Temperature monitoring unit for connecting four pumps with combined alarms or four separate alarms using one unit per pump and a separate mA input for a vibration sensor.
  • CA 443: Electrical supply and consumption monitoring, as well as measuring device for a complete station and/or one per pump.
The PC 441 offers two possibilities for level sensing:
  • Connection of hydrostatic or other devices with 4 to 20 mA signal
  • Float switches

PCx is a powerful, technically-advanced control system enabling scalable, flexible, and modular system buildup. It is suitable for applications such as small and medium-sized sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants, booster pressure stations, and sewage pumping stations.

The PCx modular control system can be configured using AquaProg, the PC-based configuration software, either via fixed line or dial-up communications. Other AquaProg functions include:

The PCx handles different types of communications including fixed line, dial-up, radio, and LAN. For example, it can manage dial-up communications via one COM port to the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system anda second COM port for multidrop communications with other units.
